The Eastside Entrepreneurs Social Network has announced that they have once again been invited to participate in the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce’s All-Chamber Business After Hours to be held at Herban Feast on Wednesday September 21, 2011.

Now in its eight season, the Greater Seattle Chamber’s business-to-business tradeshow returns on Wednesday, May 11. The cast includes established stars—such as Costco and Microsoft—as well as rising stars and fresh new faces. Add to that, fabulous food—and maybe even a little drama as attendees compete for prizes—and you have a must-see event!

What:

Dr. Chopra will speak at the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce’s “Legends & Leaders” program about his latest book, “The Soul of Leadership: Unlocking Your Potential for Greatness.” In it, he outlines the 10 fundamental principles that all leaders should follow.

The author of more than 55 books on mind-body health, quantum mechanics, spirituality and peace, he has been heralded as the “poet prophet of alternative medicine.” Dr. Chopra’s background in leadership is diverse, working as a fellow of the American College of Physicians, a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, an adjunct Professor at Kellogg School of Management, and a Senior Scientist with The Gallup Organization.

MeditateSeattle.com, a certified Chopra meditation center, will also be at event to answer questions and hand out information about the local Chopra Center.

Dr. Chopra is in Seattle as part of a national book tour for “The Soul of Leadership.” The Greater Seattle Chamber’s “Legends & Leaders” program, put on in partnership with Kim Ricketts Book Events, connects the local business community with nationally-recognized thought leaders, policy-makers, and trendsetters.
