Ms. Beaird has 19 years of experience in the right of way industry, specializing in oversight, certification, and the implementation of projects under the Federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act (Uniform Act). She has significant experience in team leadership, coaching and mentoring employees, and educating public agencies, their staff, and consultants.
Ms. Beaird holds the Senior Right of Way Professional (SR/WA) and Relocation Assistance Certification (R/W-RAC) designations from the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and is a certified instructor for IRWA Relocation courses. She currently serves as President of the IRWA’s Puget Sound Chapter and is a long-time member of the IRWA’s Relocation Assistance Community of Practice. Ms. Beaird was named Chapter Professional of the Year in 2014.
